About

Welcome, I'm Brigita Holzer.  As the Founder of Secnal Advisory, I help organisations embed mental wellbeing into leadership, culture, and strategy, transforming it into a measurable driver of performance and engagement.

With a background in Modern International Business  and Pedagogical Psychiatry, I later qualified as a therapist, earning diplomas in Neurobiology (Germany) and Mental Training (Austria). My education combined therapeutic practice with applied neurobiology — offering a deep understanding of how the mind and nervous system influence behaviour, decision-making, and resilience..

With over 17 years of professional experience, I’ve worked extensively with individuals and organisations to strengthen mental clarity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. This background allows me to bridge the depth of therapeutic insight with the strategic demands of corporate environments — helping leaders and teams navigate stress, sustain focus, and perform at their best.

My work integrates the latest findings from neuroscience, psychology, and leadership science, equipping organisations to build emotionally intelligent, high-performing cultures grounded in trust, safety, and sustainable success.

My fluency in German, Hungarian, and English enables me to collaborate effectively with international clients across sectors and cultural contexts. Having lived and worked in Austria, Hungary, the UK, France, and Monaco, I bring a truly international perspective that deepens my understanding of cross-cultural leadership, communication, and wellbeing in diverse organisational environments.

My experience in martial arts deeply informs how I understand human performance. Years of disciplined practice have shown me that clarity, strength, and focused energy aren’t just physical skills—they're essential ingredients for achieving meaningful, lasting results.

This perspective shapes how I support organisations: helping leaders and teams stay composed under pressure, commit to sustainable performance, and build the kind of inner resilience that doesn’t just survive stress—but transforms it into forward momentum.

I’ve contributed to a range of leadership, wellbeing, and workplace culture events—both as a speaker and facilitator.

Throughout my career, I have conducted a wide range of trainings and talks, among them sessions with organisations such as:

  • Invited Specialist & Workshop Facilitator – Led a one-day workshop in London for corporate leaders on resilience, mental clarity, and sustainable performance | April 2025

Whether we are delivering executive coaching, facilitating a burnout prevention workshop, or designing a wellbeing strategy, we work with care, clarity, and strategic alignment.

I personally speak English, German, and Hungarian, and I’m based in Dubai — available for projects internationally.

What I Believe Is, that:

  • Mental clarity is a leadership skill
  • Burnout is not a personal failure—it’s a systemic signal
  • Emotionally intelligent organisations will lead the future of work
  • Wellbeing should be designed, not improvised
